Mission of the Ladies Auxiliary:
The Ladies Auxiliary, which was founded in 1914 to help veterans and their families, is the backbone of VFW volunteer efforts. Promoting patriotism and helping veterans in need are just two of the many ways that the Auxiliary serves America's communities. The Ladies Auxiliary also has its own volunteer programs directed at VA, state and community hospitals.

Post 7401 has an outstanding Ladies Auxiliary who does some of our heavy lifting and brings a spirit of comradeship to the VFW community.

7/1/2009:    From the President:  June was a really busy month but much was accomplished.  The Post did us proud during the State Convention.  A very BIG "Thank You" to those that helped make the President's Luncheon a real success -- couldn't have done it without you.  The Auxiliary received the following district awards at the convention:  1st place for Cancer Aid and Research; Runner Up for Hospital, Americanism and Buddy Poppy and our Treasurer Eileen Martin Won Treasurer of the Year!  I really look forward to working with the commander for all the evens this year.  Team Work is my goal.
